Another product not just for the ladies.

Having finally overcome the stereotype of these being for women, I've started straightening my hair. My partner has used these religiously and swears by them, so I decided to use hers.

I find it straightens the hair relaly well which is a great base fo styling. I have naturally curly hair at the back so this keeps it under control. It's a slight nuisance having to do it so often, and not as easy for the guys as we need to wash the hair products out each day, whereas the ladies can usually leave it a couple of days!

The price is a little steep, but shop around and you can get a good deal. I've noticed harvey nicks now sell a GHD range of haor products which may be the next thing to try.

It would be great if it became more 'man friendly', losing the stereotype of being just for women, but that's something I guess we will keep to ourselves for a while longer yet ;)
