Advantages: They straighten even the most unruly hair

Disadvantages: None... although they are quite pricey

As I am sure you will already know if you are reading this, GHD's really are THE haircare product of the century. They have totally transformed my hair in a way that no other straighteners have ever done.

I have very thick, slightly wavy (in a mad kind of way), long hair and these are the only straighteners I have found that actually work on it. It takes hardly any time at all for me to straighten my hair with GHD's and the best part is, it lasts all day!

Yes they are more expensive than other brands out there, and yes, if you have fine hair which is mostly straight already then other straighteners will do exactly the same job. However, I beleive it is on hair like mine that GHD's really make the difference.

I am yet to use another pair of straighteners that can give me the sleek, smooth and lasting result that I get from these. Just treat yourself, you won't regret it.

Summary: Worth every penny I paid for them, would buy these everytime.
