GHDs shockingly good (GHD Mk4 Straighteners)

GHDs do heat up to 210 degrees in 6 seconds, but the longer you have them the longer they take but it tends to be 10 more seconds which is still good for straighteners. Remember in the old days when you had to make a brew and drink the lot before you could even start to style with half harted tools?

Not anymore!

I have to admit I have the most unruley hair so when I found out about GHDs I jumped at the chance to have great hair everyday. So I bought a pair for £90 off ebay.

You can use these straighteners to curl you hair or to straighten it. I find that with these straighteners your hair will keep its style for at least 4 hours more than the typically cheaper version ie babyliss.

I have also found that other cermamic plated straighteners tend to be rubbish.

My GHDs have broken now, they stopped working after three years which is good I suppose. Thats £30 a year for amazing hair, without having to invite a hairdresser over.

To be honest though I didnt feel safe whilst they were gradually dying on me. They kept making a buzzing noise and when i turned them on they had a blue spark come from the socket, which made me conscious of electricution! Which isn't fun when you want to get ready for a night out.

Aside from that they are the best thing around, just try to get them from GHD so you can take them back if you have any problems.

Summary: a great brand!
