Advantages: Long lasting results, fast heating, silky smooth finish, seals in natural oils reducing damage.

Disadvantages: The price is a little expensive, but they really are worth it.

Now, i'm really not one for hyped products. I think that so many brands just rip you off, all because it's the latest 'It' item, when in truth a lot are no better than any other, cheaper brand.
Having had more than my fair share of cheaper straigteners and other ones by names such as mark hill and babyliss, i was left highly disappointed by all of these. The results didn't last very long at all and my hair was always left far from smooth.

I was always reluctant to pay the price for Ghd's, but over the years i've probably spent 3 times more than that, on several pairs of rubbish straighteners. I finally decided to invest in my first pair of Ghd's, that was 4 years ago, they are still going strong and working as good as they did the day i bought them. I've never looked back.

They heat up extremely quickly and the smooth design means no more annoying snagging of your hair. They seal the natural oils & moisture into your hair, reducing the damage and giving you a lovely smooth 'frizz' free finish. The results are very long lasting, i have even gone to bed and the next day my hairs still been nice and smooth. Not only do they staighten, but they can be used to give voulume, flick, wave and curl. The curling does take a little pratice, but one you get the hang of it, it gives gorgeous results. Allowing you to change your hair style daily.

I would HIGHLY recommend these. I know the price does seem steep, but they really are worth every penny. Nothing comes close to comparing with these little gems.
