Advantages: Give great results, Are very fast to heat up, Reliable

Disadvantages: Not that good for hair in the long term, Burnt my dressing table when I left them on!

In short, I love my GHDs. I am only 17, but I have been manically trying to straighten my frizzy curls through blowdrying since I was about twelve. It never worked!

I bought some Babyliss Steam Straighteners first - just do not bother, they don't work and they give you arm ache. I soon gave up with those and about a year and a half ago I bought my GHDs.

They are pricey - £95 - but they really are worth it. They are fast, reliable and give fantastic results - if they can straighten my hair they can straighten yours! One tip though, I use a fine toothed comb to straighten my fringe, its much more effective and also, make sure you hair is totally dry before commencing straightening. GHD do a range of products too, the hair oil protection mist one is good.

Welcome to Dooyoo! Sorry to welcome you with a SU on your first review.
A few tips to get you started??..If you need any help or advice you can check the link here http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/c ommunity/_page/advice_gui des/ to find the guide for the relevant section that you need help with. All of the guides will be only to be pleased to offer whatever guidance they can.

Although there are no hard and fast rules on the number of opinions you can post in a day, I?d recommend only doing two or three. That way you?ll get more reads and also if you read and rate other peoples reviews you?ll get a good idea of what to include in your own plus you?ll get your name known on the site. Also write every review as if you?re writing it for someone who has no experience of the product in question. That way you?ll cover everything.

You may have noticed capital letters don?t appear on reviews. There's a capital letter fix which can be found at http://www.chuckleweb.co. uk/fixit.php and all you have to do is copy and paste your review into the box before you post it on Dooyoo.

Also there's a site where you can set up your own guestbook and chat to other members which can be found at http://www.crosswordcheat s.com/tooyoo/. Above all though have fun and I hope you enjoy it here.

Sara
