GHD straightners put other straightners to shame. They heat up quickly - excellent for those with limited time, the rounded barrel makes them so much easier to handle and they will not switch on if there core temperature is under 5 degrees - excellent as this means that there should be no damage caused to the interior workings of your straightners. What other model offers all of this? I bought these straighteners as i have hair extensions and they can be a nightmare to straighten where they are so thick. I used to have Charles Worthington ones which where good for my short hair but not for my long. I bought these as they where known as the best on the market and that statement is not wrong! I bought a set of these a few weeks ago as my old black mk 3 GHDs had finally given up and died after 4 years of loyal service! I spent a long time deciding whether to buy these limited edition ones or the traditional black mk 4's, I wasn't sure the difference in price was entirely justified. However, in the end i found a website selling these for £119 including free postage so i decided to go for it!
