Great product if you have the extra money, otherwise buy a regular GHD IV styler. (GHD Pure White MK IV Salon Styler)

Advantages: Fab curls, sleep mode, sleek design and case, heats up quickly, can be used internationally

Disadvantages: Very expensive, sleep mode a bit too quick, takes a while to get the proper technique

I just bought this product for it's renowned curling abilities and have never owned a styler/straightener before as I have stick straight hair. And I'm a dunce at using curling tongs =(.
That being said, it took me about 45 frustrating mins until I got a proper curl from this iron due to not having the right technique in spite of watching a lot of GHD online videos. It seems to take quite a bit of trial and error for the novice like myself. The iron also shut off on me once because the sleep mode activates after 30 mins.
HOWEVER, once I got the technique down things went quite smoothly and I now have a head of bouncy, sleek curls quite like Jessica Simpson! I think this styler might become a close friend of mine, lol!

Now, regarding price -- I think this limited edition is overpriced so I would recommend perhaps buying one of the regular IV stylers as I had one of them demonstrated on my hair a few weeks ago and it worked great as well and costs quite a bit less depending on where you buy it (I personally was one of the few lucky people who bought this one on eBay for a fab price and it is genuine as I have already successfully registered it through GHD).

Summary: Definitely don't regret buying it =)
