I have been using the Green People Moisturising shampoo which I recently wrote about but along with this product I also use the conditioner to get a better effect. I tend to always use a conditioner to match the shampoo and I was making a big order on the Green People website so wanted to try this out at the same time. With conditioner, I always hope to get good results as if it doesn't make my hair feel soft then I will stop using it. I have been using this conditioner for quite a while now and just came across it when looking at the shampoo range and I have been quite happy with it which is now why I feel it is time write about it.
This packaging is pretty much similar to the shampoo, it comes in an upside down white squeezy tube and it has the Green People logo and is in a 200ml tube. The packaging is very natural looking, no fuss on it just very to the point and the white and green are quite distinct to this brand so it works really well. It has a clear pop up lid which has the hole to squeeze the product out of, this conditioner is also for normal, thick or frizzy hair, so pretty much everyone and it detangles and hydrates hair to put the shine back into it. It is made by 92% certified organic ingredients also and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians too.
GREEN PEOPLE MOISTURISING CONDITIONER
This conditioner is made from recyclable material and the idea is that it is to condition and moisturise hair to make it soft and tangle free. This conditioner is rich in moisturising plant extracts and it is described as having a sensual, exotic aroma. I always condition my hair everytime I shampoo it and this conditioner is really easy to use, it smells just like the shampoo does which is a sort of citrus scent to it which is really nice as that to me is very organic and natural. I like that this conditioner is made without alcohol (ethyl alcohol, ethanol), parabens, phthalates and artificial fragrances to bring a pure product and very natural at the same time.
Getting to using it, I find like with the shampoo that having longer hair I use quite a bit of conditioner as I want to make sure my hair is all covered and that it working all over. I always apply it after I have used the shampoo and then put it on my hair and leave it for about 1 minute like it is recommended and then I rinse it out of my hair. It has a creamy consistency to it and is white and it is easy enough to apply over hair and once it is rinsed out of my hair it feels smooth right away which is nice. The conditioner feels soft and the creamy texture is a nice product to help detangle and soften hair and the smell makes it nice also on my hair.
After I have dried my hair I felt it had a good look to it but after having used it now for a good while my hair is looking a lot shinier and it still looks healthy and at the same time it feels soft. It works really well for my hair and it isn't as tangled as it was so it seems to have made my hair that bit more manageable which is what I wanted from this product. I do feel using it with the shampoo gives that added impact on hair and both of them working at detangling makes it better for my hair. I just feel it is easy to use this and my hair having a nice shine is what I want and getting this from an organic product is really good.
I love this Green People conditioner and it definitely seems to moisturise my hair and it has given me great results. I definitely don't mind paying that bit more for it as I am pleased with the results and it lasts me a good amount of time so it isn't like I am going through it too quickly. The creamy texture means that it should last a while as depending on your hair thickness you might not need to use a lot, it all depends on how much conditioner you like to put on your hair and how damaged it is. My hair was quite dry before using this and so I use quite a lot to keep my hair in really good condition and stop the dryness, it is a great product for anyone that wants a conditioner that makes hair look much healthier.
