Advantages: Might help protect your hair

Disadvantages: Smells funny and I am not sure how good it actually is.

I lighten my hair from mid brown to a dark blonde colour and so it is dry. My style needs to be blow dried as I don't like it flat, my daughter insists I need to take better care of my hair and thinks that part of that is using a heat protecting product on my hair before I dry it each time.

This is the first heat protector I have ever tried but it seems ok, my hair feels no different but I don't actually know if it should.

This spray was only cheap (especially when compared to others on the shelves!) it advises lightly spraying onto your hair before combing it through for even distribution and the drying and straightening. This is also supposed to improve the performance of straighteners too but I have no idea about that as I do not use them. My daughter has used this on a couple of occasions when she has stayed over and she thinks it is quite good.

This smells rather odd, it has a very chemical smell but has a slight scent of strawberries.

I don't know if you can only buy this in Asda or not but at £2 for 200ml I think it is quite a bargain, I haven't noticed any change in my hair but will carry on using a heat protector to see if I do eventually. I might try a different product next time but this was ok.

It was ok so I can honestly say if you want something similar don't just ignore it for being cheap.
