Don't waste your money (Hairtools Ceramic Straighteners)

Advantages: cheap, attractive looking

Disadvantages: ceramic wore off, didnt straighten hair, smell when very hot

I got these as I thought that the GHDs were too expensive, BIG MISTAKE.

I have very curly quite long hair and after having my hair straightened by the hairdresser i thought i would get some ceramics and have a go myself. I bought the hairtools ones from the internet.

After only a few uses the ceramic started to wear away as they are only ceramic coated. Although they get very hot they didnt straighten my hair but left it frizzy and dry.

I have since bought some GHDs and they are ab fab!

Saying that if your hair is quite fine and not curly then they would probably be ok for you.
