... problem I had never had before. I bought just the shampoo and not the conditioner, as I like to use a more intensive conditioner, and for a 250ml bottle it cost me just over £2. There are bigger, and therefore possibly better value, bottles available but I wanted to try the smaller bottle first in case I didn't like it. This brand is available in most supermarkets, Boots, Superdrug etc and as with anything it is worth looking out for offers on it, which I have frequently seen. As far a fairly basic hair products go I...more

I do much prefer to use a really good quality, and therefore really expensive, range of hair products as my hair is coloured, thick, long & difficult to manage and I have found that premium products such as Joico really do make a world of difference to it. However, when times are hard my luxuries are one of the first things to go and so I decided I was going to have to resort to using a bog standard shampoo! After trying a couple & hating them I decided to try this product because some of the others had left my scalp slightly dry & flaky - a problem I had never had before. I bought just the shampoo and not the conditioner, as I like to use a more ...  Read the complete review

My scalp is always quite sensitive, and if i don't use a anti dandruff shampoo my scalp goes very flaky and itchy, so whenever i wash my hair i always use head and shoulders. I dye my hair so i decided to use some of the colour care shampoo which keeps your dyed hair looking fresh and vibrant but also getting rid of your itchy flaky scalp. It says on the back of the bottle that it takes a few washes for the shampoo tot start working but i find it works from the first wash. You can buy this from most supermarkets and other places such as superdrug and boots, you can find them on special offers such as 2 for £5, but mostly they sell ...  Read the complete review

-Introduction- I have allergies to EVERYTHING, you name it hayfever, bees and wasps... the list is endless. I have quite itchy skin in the summer, just from contact with pollen. Also over the past year I have dyed my hair many times and colours for a modelling job. Well just to say my scalp and hair have take quite a battering! So hair and scalp therapy needed! Everybody knows if its dandruff= head and shoulders. I had my reservations as dandruff from hayfever is more itching than flaky skin but I gave it a go..... -Positives- The product feels quality, I mean this is kind of reflected in the price compared to value ...  Read the complete review

I bought this Shampoo a couple of months ago when it was on offer for £1 for the 250ml bottle. I like to use Head and Shoulders Shampoo's and Conditioners as I have a bit of a flaky scalp and I wouldn't say my scalp is sensitive, but when I use more heavily perfumed Shampoo then i find it seems that bit more flaky, so it could be irritated that bit. Now the Head and Shoulders range is on offer in Asda for £2 for the 500ml bottle, which is another good deal. You can expect to pay around £2 normally for the 250ml bottle, and about £4 for the 500ml, but Asda is pretty good at having it on offer now again. I use the Citrus one mostly as that is for Greasy hair, ...  Read the complete review

I hate to admit it but I get a dry scalp, and I hate the thought of people seeing I have dandruff so I invest in special shampoos to avoid this. Whenever you think of dandruff and shampoo there is only one name which comes to mind, and that is head and shoulders. I wouldn't even be able to think of a name of a single other shampoo which is able to combat dandruff. When I went to the supermarket to buy it I saw a special colour care version. I have coloured hair which is quite fragile, so it seemed like a good idea to buy this and I was quite excited to see how it compared to the normal version, and whether it had the improvements necessary for me to bin all of ...  Read the complete review
