Advantages: Leave hair shiny and glossy, smelling great.
Disadvantages: Doesn't help get rid of dandruff
May I begin by giving you an insight into my scalp....you lucky little things!!!
It's fine, standard and not a big flakey dandruff problem. However, come summer time, I have a patch that comes back every year just above the nape of my neck. So, delighted to see big bottles (400ml) of Head and Shoulders, all kinds including Conditioner 2 for £4.00 in Waitrose.
I snapped up the offer. I have never had the hydrating for dry hair sort before. Always the bog standard one that was around in the 80's that I loved. Loved the smell, loved how it left my hair.....after a month of using, it was left flake free and fairly dry...I have fine dry hair so need shampoo with umph.
I slapped it on in the shower, but was dissapointed that it didn't have that lovely distinctive Head and Shoulders smell. Was nice, fresh and clean, but relativly non discript. I loved the way it left my hair, it was shiny, clean a felt healthy. Much like the way my usual Pantene does. But I was buying it to eliminate the dry above the nape of my neck!!! It didn't. The head was still dry, remember I am not a hard core dandruff sufferer...it's mild....but it didn't eliminate it!!! I was dissapointed as an anti dandruff product, but loved it as a shampoo and conditioner....so how to review????
I bought it as an anti dandruff product....so for this I will only offer 2 stars. Didn't aggravate in any way......but didn't help.
As a shampoo and conditioning treatment......it was lovely. So 4 stars.
Lets meet in the middle!!!!!
Summary: Read the review!!! Mixed feelings
