I used the extra lightening herbal essence colour for a blonde shade. The colour became more of a red blonde shade on my dark blonde hair. It felt really dry and brittle after using this product and I found that the colour on the box never turns out the colour you want. The more you wash with this product the better it goes but by this time your roots are showing through again!
I would not use this product again as it never gave what it promised. I will go back to another colour I usually use and steer clear of this drying out effect product.
