Advantages: thick and creamy, smells great, ideal for damaged hair and good value for money

Disadvantages: none

This herbal essences conditioner comes in 2 different size bottles, you can either get the travel size 250ml or the large 400ml bottle. I always opt for the large bottle because I've got loads of long and quite thick bleach blonde hair to condition and I like to use loads.

So, this conditioner is a blue one just like the shampoo, this is actually a lighter blue, kind of like a baby blue, thick and creamy product. It feels quite thick (some conditioners are quite liquidy but this one is pretty thick, but that is because it's meant for dry and brittle hair). This conditioner smells really exotic; it has a lovely fresh coconut and fruity scent that lingers in your hair until you wash it out next or you've been out somewhere where a more pungent scent has taken over like cigarettes or food LOL.

I use this conditioner right after I've shampooed twice and rinsed thoroughly, it applies nicely and spreads in a nice, thick, even layer all over the hair. You get the best results when you leave it in for at least 2 minutes, as this will give it enough time to soak in and coat the hair properly. Make sure that you rinse this out properly, as it will make the hair sticky and oily looking when you accidentally leave some in.

I find that my hair is easy and smooth enough to comb through lightly before I blow-dry it. Of course, comb very carefully as wet hair is a lot more brittle and you don't want to break and snag it.

The result after blow-drying the hair is awesome, the hair is very soft, smooth and shiny and smells beautiful.
I'd recommend this conditioner to people with brittle or damaged hair as this will defiantly make it easier to manage and look shiny and healthy. I think this is being sold in the shops from about 2 pounds to 2.80, it just depends where you shop and often you can find them for buy one get one free or some other kind of discount offer.

Summary: very nice conditioner for a very reasonable price!
