Advantages: Cheapish, Smells fantastic

Disadvantages: no exceptional results, but yet no exceptional claims

The best thing about this product is definitely the smell, or should I say the variety of scents you have to choose from. It really takes to your hair as well. I used this shampoo for a couple of years (I just like a change from time to time) and I loved the way the conditioner managed to detangle my dry, fine fly away hair and the way it left my hair smelly so fresh and fruity.
I usually used the one for dry damaged hair Both conditioner and shampoo) and it seemed to do the trick although, I must say that the results were nothing to shout but then again they don't make any exceptional claims about the product either.
It is average price ranging from £2-3 depending on where you shop and there seems to be a lot of promotions carried out on this conditioner. It's an every day conditioner I think. If you are wanting a dramatic result from your conditioner you may be better investing in the intensive conditioner which I have to say is pretty damn good!
So all in all I would recommend this for everyday use but if you need a dramatic hair lift opt for the intensive range or a brand that specialising in this.
