Advantages: Doesn't weigh hair down and conditions well

Disadvantages: The packaging's not great

This is a lovely conditioner from Herbal Essences.

The packaging looks quite good but as with the shampoo the lid's quite flimsy and easily broken. It comes in an orangey coloured bottle which isn't see through, whereas the shampoo bottle is see through so you can tell them apart easily.

It has organic botanicals in it, including mandarin, orange, lemongrass, tangerine and aloe vera, so just like the matching shampoo it has a gorgeous uplifting citrussy scent.

It's fairly runny and thin in consistency as conditioners go, but it's nice and creamy and it works easily through the hair. It feels really smooth and silky, but it rinses out fairly easily unlike some conditioners.

It's supposed to compliment the shampoo which volumises the hair, by giving weightless nourishment, and i think it does do this. It makes my hair feel really silky and smooth, but without feeling weighed down, whcih is often a problem with fine hair. It smoothes down flyaways and any frizz, and leaves my hair feeling perfectly moisturised and nourished, and looking great.

My hair still feels nice and light and bouncy after using this, but I don't use it on my roots as this can make them get greasy too quickly, but that's the case with all conditioners not just this one.

It costs around £3 for a 400ml bottle or £2 for a 200ml bottle, the larger one is obviously better value. The conditioner seems to last a fair bit longer than the shampoo as I don't need to use as much per wash, and it works out as good value.

Summary: Love it!
