Clairol Herbal Essences Seductively Straight Conditioner
Advantages: smells nice
Disadvantages: doesnt work
I have really frizzy horrible curly hair which is also very long and thick so I always find it hard to find products that came tame the frizz! Whilst in my local superdrug I saw the Herbal Essencences range which was fairly cheap. Lots of my friends have recommended their products to me so I thought why not try it! Another thing that attractited me to this purchase was the beautiful hot pink bottle!
Herbal Essences claim that this Condioner will : send seduction power to dry and damaged hair! My hair is fairly damaged from excessive use of heat products so I was wondereding if it was really going to work.
My first challenge was figuring out how to open the bottle! I feel really silly writing this as now it seems so simiple and I'm thinking 'how could I have not of known how to open this bottle?' But the truth was that this was my first time using Herbal Essences products so I didnt know that you have to push down on the lid to open it!
On wet hair I applied a fair amound to my hair concentrating most on the ends and not in the roots as I didn't want any build up. The texture is very creamy and a lovely pink colour which smells divine. It contains silk and pear extracts which make a lovely combination together.
Open rising the condioner out of my hair, it did feel alot softer and more managable. However when it was totally dry I didn't notice much of a difference. My hair was soft and shiny but It didnt really straighten it so I was kind of dissapointed.
Overall an okay product but best to use if you have already straight hair
