Let's just say... I don't have great hair, it got a slight wave to it, is dry from the constant straightening and show it some drizzle and it does it best poodle impression. It is impressive but needless to say I am always on the hunt for a 'wow factor' shampoo. So far my hunt for the perfect shampoo has been lengthy, expensive and no cure for frizz! Whilst doing my Tesco online shopping I came across the BOGOF (buy one, get one free) offer on Herbal Essences 'seductively straight so thought I would give it a go as I was feeling rather froogle. This product is made by Clairol. ~~~ The Product~~~ This product has been designed to have sex ... Read the complete review

I hate my hair, plain and simple. It is always the same, someone with curly hair wants straight hair and someone with straight hair wants curly. I however, just have an thick afro mess. A hairdresser once told me I would never have straight hair (that was before hair straightners were invented). I have the straightners so now all I was waiting for now was the shampoo that would assist the straightness and give me a lucious shine. Naturally being a very indecisive person I have tried lots and lots of different makes of Shampoo. So far I have never been able to find one I actually like. So on my weekly morrisons trip I thought I was going to be onto a winner ... Read the complete review

Herbal Essences Seductively Straight is a new product from Clairol, the makers of Herbal Essences range of shampoo and conditioners, made with silk and pear extracts. It is about £3 for a 400ml bottle, but is very often on offer. For example, when I purchased mine it was half price. The Seductively Straight shampoo and conditioner are meant to work together to add shine to hair, make it silky and also make hair straight and easier to maintain. This product is aimed at dry/damaged hair. The bottles of the shampoo and conditioner are very different compared to the "old" style. They are both the same shade of pink, but the conditioner bottle is opaque ... Read the complete review

I am always keen to try new hair products and so when I spotted the new curvy shaped bottle of Herbal essence seductively straight shampoo I could hardly wait to try it. My hair is fairly curly and can be very unruly. The new herbal essence seductively straight shampoo promises, and I quote, to help tame your hair into a sleek line of shine. This sounded just the sort of shampoo I had been looking for! The shampoo contains silk and pear extract according to the bottle. The shampoo is manufactured by Procter and Gamble. The shampoo comes in a sexy looking curvy plastic bottle. On opening the flip top lid I was impressed with the lovely pink shade ... Read the complete review

On a recent shopping trip to Lidl I was greeted at the door with a display of shampoos and conditioners in very bright bottles with a big sticker saying they were only £1.45 each. Mildly interested I decided to inspect them closer only to find they were Herbal Essences. I remember Herbal Essences being in a clear bottle with a picture of a flower on the back of the bottle that you could see through the shampoo so I admit I was a bit confused but realising Herbal Essences must have had a face lift I started trying to decide which one would suit my hair best. I have flyaway hair but it's thick and full of bounce so generally find I have to go for a shampoo ... Read the complete review
