Time saver for 'kinky' hair! (Herbal Essences Seductively Straight)

Advantages: Leaves hair soft and easier to manage. Less frizzy than usual

Disadvantages: Doesn't miraculously give me straight hair without using my ghd's

I've always been a fan of the Herbal Essences range of shampoo and condition ever since they stopped manufacture salon selectives (my previous favourite) mainly due to the gorgeous scent of all their products.

As a girl who's hair is neither straight nor curly but as my mom says 'kinky' I thought I'd give the seductively straight shampoo and conditioner a go. After a quick shampoo, I smoothed on the conditioner and left it for about 2 minute- this isn't a direction of use on the bottle but I find it gives the best results. I then rinsed my hair and towel dried it.

I decided I would let it dry naturally to see if my hair was any straighter without using straigtners or blow drying. It wasn't, but it was extremely soft and less frizzy or corse as usual.

I went on to straighten my hair and was so suprised at the lack of static created from the ghd's. Usually my hair gets very static and starts to float off annoyingly but it stayed in place much more successfully. I was impressed. it also took me less time to straighten my hair.

Summary: Good value for money and a great time saver.
