Advantages: Good result, Much cheaper than the hair dresser

Disadvantages: Messy,, smells foul.

This is THE best hair lightener/bleach for 'off-the'shelf' public customers i.e. still not as good as the hairdressers' professional formulations but as close as you can get. This is a must for 'bleach-babies' like myself!

Recently revamped - this product now comes boxed as a complete kit whereas, up until a few months ago, you had to buy all the components separately. Now, for just £4.99, you can buy the kit containing peroxide formula, lightening powder, mixing bowl, application tinting brush, finishing shampoo and plastic hood and gloves - a bargain!

It is available in two strengths - normal for already fair to light brown hair - and super for darker hair, like myself. They also do a highlighting kit but that costs £5.99.

True, it is a messy and smelly product but all such hair lighteners are one way and another because of the violent smelling ammonia (think of cat pee!) it contains and the messy application process. However, with
this product, the results are well worth it.
I always get a reliable, very light result in about 60 - 90 minutes, less if you have lighter hair to start with.

If you are a peroxide addict like myself or just want to go blonde for the first time - I recommend it.
