Hello girlies!
I am 22 and I have been dying my hair with permanent colour since my school days!!!! I have always wanted to be blonde and if i can remeber back to my younger years I spent most of my time walking around with orange hair! If i am honest i have probably attemted to go blonde more than 12 times with the same hair and no regrowth. I have hair like wire luckily enough!!

One day i was bored so i went to my friends salon, I had very long hair with highlights, I asked her to do a full head of blonde all over!!..... no packets or foils, Oh my god!! my hair had turned yellow!! (mind you please dont forget of my hair disasters before and the fact that i wasnt actually dying my natural coulour hair anyway).
I was devastated but it still didnt put me off, so instead of me lightening it even more i chose to go darker that way i could grow out my hair with a semi dye on the top ( am i making any kind of sense??) So I had all my hair chopped off!!

Ok now to my amazement i went to Reflections to have my hair done, they gave me a restyle and a full head of hightlights i couldnt believe that my hair even took the colour because of the different colours in my hair, plus the bleach and the semi permanent die lol, but this was beginning to be expensive and i wasnt happy with just having highlights, so I invested in a pack of Jerome Russell Bblonde hair lightener, I was very worried that it wouldnt take in my hair becasue most pre lighteners dont in my hair as it is naturally very dark! but i took the chance and i was gobsmacked, this stuff really worked, i had lovely NOT YELLOW, or ORANGE hair but beautiful blonde all over, I used to look in the mirror and giggle, so what if its fake who cares lol.

I have VERY fast growing hair and i had to do my regrowth every 12 to 15 days!!!! and the roots looked awful so after all the effort it proved to be pointless as my scalp is now blisterd 5 months on after dying it dark brown.

ts are quite long now so next week i am having the chop, quite short and i cant wait to get my hands on that little baby once more, I cant wait to see the results on my natural hair for the first time in 7 years lol,

Even though my hair was very damaged it didnt put any extra stress on my hair. Thank you to Jerome russell for making me blonde, even if it was only for a short time. It is true what the say blondes do have more fun, now my hair is dark i am really chuffed to see my natural colour for the first time, but i just feel sooooo dull and pasty faced. If you can relate to this dont hesitate dye it blonde NOW!!!!! LOL x
