Advantages: Last a long time, smell is OK

I always fawn over the Frizz-Ease products as thier higher price point makes them seem quite high value. This truth is, I almost re-bought this product as the promises sound just what I'm after before realising I already owned it and found it of little use! Sometimes you have to really look at the results rather than the promises, and I don't see many with this product.

It says in the instructions to apply to damp or wet hair, and you can use it with heat. I dry my hair into curls using a rounded brush, so I applied to sections before making them into curls.

The smell of this is the first thing that puts me off, it's quite chemically but doesn't have too much of an affect on your hair once applied, which is great. It being in a tube means you have to squeeze blobs onto your hands, and this makes them very sticky and the product remains on the for a while. It's quite heavy on the hair and seems to 'sit' on it, rather than penetrate.

There are no results of this compared with other products. Honestly, I just don't see a difference. It doesn't help define curls at all. Infact it is more helpful to adding weight to the straighter lengths on my hair to pull them down so they don't frizz, rather than defining the curl at the bottom.

Summary: I would look to other products for more noticable and rewarding results
