"Create sexy, soft, bouncy curls"

I know this product is made for curly hair but I bought it to try and coax my hair into being slightly curly!
I have the straightest hair in existence, all my friends who have to straighten their hair every morning are green with envy but I get bored of it. It would be ok if it curled easily, but I have tried every curling tong and product going but my curls drop out within an hour :(

So I thought I'd buy a mousse which says it's specifically for creating curls and 'restores bounce tired waves and ringlets'.
This mousse is in a silver metal bottle with a lilac plastic top, it looks pretty which is important too as all my lotions and potions are in a big open cabinet in my bathroom.

It's called 'Curl Reviver: Corrective Styling mousse' and according to the info on the back 'The result: Curls with renewed energy and shine' sounds perfect but does it work?

I usually curl my hair when I go out on a night because it takes so long I haven't the time to do it every day.
I have a lot of hair, its fine hair but there's loads of it and it's long so I was really hoping this product would be strong enough to hold those curls in!

So one night I sit down with my tongs and mousse and get to work, I applied a small amount to each section of hair before I curled it and then while it was still damp from the mousse wrapped it around my hot curling tong. (it smells nice too by the way)
After I'd done my whole head, which takes about an hour at least, I then applied a bit more to my hands and scrunched it through my curls. For a start, the hair I'd curled first was still curly which for me is a result on its own!

Hours later and my curls are still intact, another good thing is, as a lot of mousses do; this one doesn't leave your hair 'crunchy' and hard. It still feels soft and nice, which is good because I want my hair to feel good especially as the guy I've just started seeing seems to like playing with my hair!

A 200ml bottle of this mousse costs £4.48 at Boots at the minute.

Summary: Fantastic wonder mousse
