I have used frizz ease serum for years, switching to the extra strength as soon as it came out, and I really need to thank whoever it was who recommended it to me all those years ago.

I have naturally frizzy curly hair which sits in that unfortunate christmas tree shape (if you have frizz you'll know what I mean!) I smooth this through my hair every time I wash it and either leave my hair to dry naturally to form curls or dry it straight. If I forget to use it I can definitely tell the difference. Ok so it doesn't completely eliminate the frizziness of my hair (I think this is a physical impossibility...even the hairdresser can't get it perfect!) but it definitely tames it to a normal level. It helps my curls form into nicer waves rather than a frizzy mass, and it definitely makes it easy to style it straight.

Ok so John Frieda is not a miracle worker...there really is only so much that a hair product can achieve. However, this should not diminish the fact it leaves my hair looking so much smoother and more managable then if I don't use it.

Summary: Give it ago, it will make some improvement!
