Advantages: Does what it says, easy instructions to follow

Disadvantages: Not exactly cheap

I have incredibly frizz-prone hair - no exaggeration my hair can be nice and curly but it takes a lot of product, time and effort - none of which I have anymore! So i thought "hey ho" let's give this a try! I'd always used "MOP Organic shampoo" as my parents are slightly "organic" freaks so I had been forced into buying this - when it doesn't actually do the job!

Used this the first time and did exactly what the instructions said on the bot of the shampoo and conditioner bottles which were very straight forward and easy to understand, dryed my hair as usual with a hairdryer and anxiously waited to see whether it would frizz up within seconds of getting out of the shower - IT DIDN'T!

I use this every other day now to wash my hair and althought it doesn't make it completely straight or "frizz-free" but it does significantly prevent frizz which is brilliant because I don't know any girl or guy who appreciates the "dragged through a hedge backwards" look!

Summary: Great for girls who need to get hair looking stylish without all the products, time and effort
