Advantages: Helps tame hair
Disadvantages: None for us
Frizz ease shampoo
Little miss and myself both have quite unruly hair and so we tend to try alot of the products on the market. I was recently shopping and found a gift pack of the Frizz Ease on special offer so decided to give it a go...
THE PROMISES...
This will apparently smooth shine and align hair for easier straight styling, and in addition it will nourish and soften hair. It's suitable for all types of dry and frizzy hair and with its straight defining complex (what?) it will tame unruly hair.
Just the stuff for us!!
PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...
I bought a gift pack containing the shampoo, serum, conditioner and a hair masque so my actual tube of shampoo came in a small 50ml tube with a screw on/off lid and all information on the back.
The shampoo itself is cream/white in colour with quite a fruity smell so I am pleased that we won't smell medicated. It does lather well so not a lot of the product is needed which is just as well because 50ml of the stuff doesn't last long when washing long hair.
USING IT...
Basically, use as all shampoos- apply to wet hair, work into a lather rinse off and repeat as necessary.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY...
Widely available from chemists and supermarkets, this costs around £1.70 for 50ml.
VERDICT...
The shampoo is reasonably priced, easy to use and because we can get a good lather, hair felt really clean. Little Miss didn't complain too vehemently when some went into her eyes, so i don't think it must sting too much. After use, and bearing in mind that we were using the conditioner, heat sdefense spray and serum, hair did smell clean and feel soft. It was also much more manageable and even before using any of the other products I found that hair seemed to be detangled and silky smooth when wet. Our hair was also much more manageable after drying and it seemed to go straight using the brush and styling rather than straighteners.
I also tried it on our hair without using all of the other products and found more or less the same to be true although without the conditioner hair was a bit less soft and detangled.
Overall, I would recommend this shampoo especially if used in conjunction with the other Frizz Ease products, and have gone on to buy a bigger bottle of the stuff.
Thanks for reading.
