Advantages: Leaves hair in great shiny smooth condition, with added body

Disadvantages: Too pricey for me

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be selected to try out this John Frieda Full Repair Full Body Conditioner as part of my role as a Bzz agent in my spare time, where I get to try out products and then write a report of my opinion on the product. In fact, as part of the trial I actually received a full size tube of this product which usually retails anywhere around the £7 mark, although is currently on offer in Tesco for £4.

I have already tried the John Frieda Full REpair shampoo as part of the trial as well, and was happy with the product, so I did anticipate the same from the start. Now, I don't regularly use or buy conditioner but I have used it in the past at times when necessary or when I have picked up a bottle on offer. I have been using this conditioner, not everyday, but every other day for the past couple of weeks and been as equally impressed.

The John Frieda Full REpair range of products has been designed for those with overstyled or coloured hair in an effort to help repair some of the damage caused by this. As well as repairing damage however, this product claims to leave hair looking full of body, smooth, without tangle and aims to reduce snagging or breaking form combing and brushing. IT does this through its use of Inca Inchi, a natural oil grown in the Amazon rainforest, which is rich in Omega 3 and 6 and it is also claimed that this is the only range of shampoos and conditioners that contain this natural oil.

When using this conditioner, you can either simply apply through hair and wash out, or leave for longer to get a deep conditioning treatment. I have only ever left it on my hair for up to 5 minutes, simply because with a toddler, I don't have the time to wait any longer for it. However, I find it long enough for what I need. My hair is styled everyday with blow drying and straighteners so I am sure it is damaged, though I don't think it looks or feels overly so. When washed out and my hair is dried it looks healthy, shiny, feels silky smooth to touch and looks like it has added volume, which my fine limp hair desperately needs.

Overall, I love the way this conditioner leaves my hair, which is why I have been using it every other day, more than I have every used a conditioner before. EVerytime I use this conditioner, it makes my hair look in such good shiny, smooth conditioner, and I love the way it feels. In regards to the price, I think I would pay the reduced price of £4 at present, but to be honest full price at £7 is simply out of my budget range and I couldn't justify it no matter how good it is.

Summary: A terrific conditioner if you have the money to spare
