My hair has not been permed or dyed or damaged by heat, so I don't need intense conditioning. I would recommend this conditioner to girls who have healthy blonde hair to start with.The reason being that this is not an intensive conditioner and if your blonde tresses are damaged through bleach or heat styling you will probably need a more nourishing conditioner than this one.
