Advantages: Works well to condition your blonde hair
Disadvantages: A bit pricey!
I have fine, mousy hair, so I have my hair highlighted every two/three months and I use volumising products to keep it looking good and full bodied. I use the John Frieda Collection "Highlight Activating VOLUMISING Conditioner with Light Enhancers" about once a week on my highlighted damaged hair. I use the shampoo in this range first, and then when I have rinsed it out I use this conditioner, leave it on my hair a couple of minutes and rinse out, (when I put the conditioner on I make sure it is not on the roots of my hair, so that I don't have greasy roots).
The bottle says it is for all shades of blonde hair - whether it is colour treated/natural or highlighted blonde hair. It comes in an "upside down" container, similar to the shampoo bottle. You get 250ml for £4.85, to me this is expensive when you consider all the other products that I use on my hair, but it was bought on a 3-4-2 offer from Boots, so I do have other products in this range as well. The good part of this is that it lasts for a long time, so the intial outlay might be expensive but it is long lasting.
The conditioner smells lovely, it's not too strong and has a light floral smell. When I apply this to my hair I just use a small amount on my hand, rub it in and leave it on for a couple of minutes, then rinse it out and straight away it has made my hair less straw like and more silky and smooth, and easier to manage when it comes to blow drying my hair.
The whole idea for this conditioner is that it makes blonde hair look much brighter as the light is supposed to shine through after using it. I must be honest and say I haven't noticed this on my hair, but it does leave my hair beautifully conditioned, soft and smooth. I would recommend this product, it might be pricey but it does it's job well and lasts for months.

Summary: A premium conditioner at a premium price.
