Advantages: nice packaging, Easy to use
Disadvantages: Makes hair greasy, Doesn't last until next wash, Expensive
I must say that i was an absolute idiot for buying this. At £4.99 I thought that the price and flashy name would do the trick but well.. I guess i was the fool. I did read the label in the shop and with all the long words and over use of "straight", "non-frizzy" and "shiny" what girl would resist? As a treat i bought it and rushed home to get some on. After washing my hair i applied the product exactly as it said on the label and was rather excited as to what it would look like once blow dried. Big mistake! I was to meet my friends at the cinema in 20 minutes but I couldn't and just looked in the mirror. My hair hadn't wound down at all. It looked as though i hadn't washed it for a week and i couldn't believe how greasy it was! Feeling annoyed i took another shower and wondered if maybe id used too much. This time i applied a little bit and it was just as bad. In the end i decided to just give up. I was so annoyed with my hair and went to the cinema looking like a greasy mess. The worse thing is that when i woke up in the morning my hair was a bigger frizz ball than ever! The cream itself is white and goes into the hair quite well. It is held in a pump dispenser which i found really easy to use and see how much i had left. This was good for the design.. shame about the actual product. I regularly buy the john frieda blow drying spray which is excellent but this wind down cream is awful. It left me with a sloppy barnett and nearly a fiver out of pocket. Considering i have very dry hair i was amazed it made it so greasy but thats my story and i wouldn't recommend this product to anyone!
