Not just for babies!! (Johnson's Baby Shampoo)

I have always used Johnson's baby oil as a moisteriser after a friend reccomended it when we were on holidays to enhance your tan, but I would never have considered the baby shampoo! Of course the same friend reccomended this and as I have always been impressed with products she suggested to me before, I thought I would give this one a try.


The shampoo comes in a clear bottle with a flip top, the shampoo itself is a lemon colour, it cost £2.49 for 500ml. Their claim is that the shampoo is a no tears formula and if it comes in contact with your eyes it does not sting, a bonus for me as I always manage to get the shampoo over my face and in my eyes!


After applying the shampoo to my hair it lathered nicely into my hair, I noticed the pleasent clean smell, it reminded me of summer for some reason! The shampoo rinsed out of my hair easily and It did not feel like my hair was dry or knotted. I used my normal conditioner afterwards. After blowdrying my hair it felt lovely and soft, also I have blonde hair and the shampoo seemed to have brought out my highlights! My hair was a lovely golden blonde and was really shiny!! I don't know how a shampoo could be so affective that it changed the tone of blonde in my hair, but it did!!


So would I reccomend this to buyers? Definitly, I know sometimes a shampoo can be great for one person and not work for anothers hair type, but I have the driest hair type, so if it left my hair soft and shiny it will work for anyone. Also for those of you that use the sheer blonde range, this is just as good and cheaper!!

You can find Johnson's baby shampoo in your local supermarket, chemist or anywhere, it is a well known brand!
