Advantages: Really good at removing eye makeup, a little goes a long way

Disadvantages: Smell is boring, hard to wash out

At a recent opticains appointment the optician recommended I use baby shampoo to remove eye makeup. So next time I was in town I nipped into Wilkinson's and picked up a 200ml bottle for about 70p.

When I got home I put a drop on a piece of cotton wool and ran some water over it and it took off all my makeup including water proof eyeliner without stinging my eyes at all. Although originally I just wanted it for this purpose I decided to try it as shampoo to save space in my suitcase for my upcoming holiday.

The shampoo is quite thick and a little goes along way, I have long hair and only needed a 10p size drop. The smell is pretty nondescript but does smell clean. It lathered up quite well but took a lot of rinising out, however it honestly does not sting eyes. It left my hair wonderfully soft and shiny.
I would recommened this to anyone as eye makeup remover but as a shampoo I prefer loreal kids no more tears.

Summary: Good as eye makeup remover, nondescipt as shampoo
