Advantages: smells lovely, leaves hair silky

Disadvantages: expensive for a baby shampoo

I?ve always been a firm believer in Johnsons Baby Shampoo and now that I have a baby it?s finely being put to its proper use in our household.
There are several different versions of the shampoo out now as well as a conditioner. There?s the original, a honey, a detangling [which I?ll use when my hair grows!] and even a wheatgerm. I have used the honey version of Johnsons baby shampoo for years. I have greasy hair and it leaves it really clean and smelling gorgeous. I got the original for my baby and have used it since he was born, apart from a couple of weeks when I had to use dentinox [which I?ve also done a review of!] to clear up his cradle cap.
I do love the smell of Johnsons on a baby and it is better than the supermarket brands. I have tried several of them and they just don?t clean the same and get up such a good lather. However, I do find that, like all the baby shampoos which I have tried, you have to use quite a bit of it if you are using it on yourself, much more so than if you use a more expensive shampoo.
It does cost a little more than the supermarket brands [about £3 for a big bottle] but you can always buy whilst it?s on special offer and as you need such a tiny amount for a baby?s head it lasts for ages! If you?re using it for yourself then it?s not really much more expensive than other shampoos.
As far as I can tell the No More Tears claim is true [for me at least, haven?t squirted it in my baby?s eyes but he is a wimp so if it could sting anywhere he would have screamed the place down!].

mmm... i love the smell of baby products - i use them on myself too (not always johnson's though as it's a bit expensive - I only really get them when they are on offer - like BOGOF). Great op
