I used this shampoo once or twice a week when my normal shampoo feels asthough its building up and not working as good, so basically as a cheap clarifiying shampoo! Works great makes my hair soft and light although I wouldnt use it as my regular shampoo because I find it makes my hair really greasy after a couple of hours, I supose if you washed your hair everyday then this shampoo would suffice. Its a very gentle shampoo, doesnt really lather up so I end up using quite alot to feel clean.I do really like this shampoo it serves many purposes as I used it to wash my makeup brushes and even my dog!Very cheap too and regulary on offer !!Definatly would recommend, although its baby shampoo its great for any age! :)
