      It's okay but not great

      Curly girl
      ~~~~~~
      I have naturally curly hair, which does have a tendency to get a bit dry and frizzy. I don't wash my hair every day as it is actually better for my hair to have the odd day off from shampooing, but on the days when I don't wash I do need something to give my hair a boost and tame any flyaway, frizzy strands. For this job, I almost always use a pump action hairspray. The more traditional aerosol style hairsprays don't generally work for me, but I have no brand loyalty otherwise, so I chop and change between brands as I do like trying out new products.
      I generally really like L'Oreal Elvive hair care products, so was happy to give this spray a try when I found it on offer. At full price in Boots it costs £3.89, but the whole Triple Resist range is currently 1/3 off so costs £2.59. The spray is designed to reinforce and nourish your hair.
      Skinny jet
      The first thing you notice about this product is that the spray nozzle is quite unusual - there is a thin nozzle protruding from the top of the bottle so the spray comes out in quite a thin jet.
      I tend to spray this onto dry hair to give it a bit of a boost. The spray has a lovely clean, fresh scent that I really like - it is slightly fruity but it isn't unpleasant or overpowering. However I don't really like the way the spray comes out of the bottle. I would prefer the spray to disperse more widely; instead the thin nozzle means that the spray comes out in a thinner jet so I feel I have to squirt more of this onto my hair than I would like, and as a result it leaves my hair feeling a bit damper than I would prefer. I also find my hair does feel slightly sticky after using this - again this is probably because I am almost forced to use more of the spray than I want to.
      Once the spray has dried my hair does feel quite soft, and this definitely helps to keep my hair more in control, and I feel that this spray helps to keep my hair frizz-free for the duration of the day.
      In summary ...
      ~~~~~~~~~~
      Overall this is a decent enough spray that smells nice and helps to keep my hair under control. But I don't like the way it dispenses at all, and I would really prefer a fuller, fine jet of spray. I have used other sprays that I much prefer to this and this isn't one I'll be buying again.
