Advantages: It becomes a mask for the hair and is not too expensive.
Disadvantages: Combing in sometime causes drips on the carpet!
I am a person that likes to achieve good results without too much fuss and bother. The Natea, Nutricolour masques allows me to colour my hair using this beauty care philosophy. I have a natural auburn tint in my hair anyway, but my husband love me even more as a redhead. To get the best results from this product, allow your self at least an hour. I usually set aside this time in the evening. The instructions are easy to follow. READ THEM BEFORE YOU START THE COLOURING PROCESS! I advise you have a wet flannel to clear up any spillage, and at least three old tatty towels and a comb in the bathroom with you. I also find that if I am in an old dressing gown I can climb into a shower at the end of the time without ruining my day clothes. Oh yes, do not forget to turn the telephone ringers off and turn the answer telephone on. You do not want to be disturbed. For best results, do NOT wash you hair for at least two days before applying the colorant. Conditioner hampers the bleaching process of this permanent dye. The product needs mixing but instructions and gloves are supplied in the box. Place one of the towels on the floor, as you comb the dye into your hair, it sometimes drips on the floor; it is not a runny dye. Put all the dye in you hair no matter how short you hair is. I find that this gives the best results. Anyway, you are not advised to save it once activated. It is left for about 30 minutes. The moose is not runny and it dries like a cap. After 30 minutes wet you hair. It is all right to wrap your hair in another of the old towels. Leave you hair for another ten minutes before conditioning. (This is also in the box). I advise you to cut the sachet before you go in the shower, as it is hard to open with wet hands. I then rinse the dye out, condition the hair and then was my body. Use the last clean towel to wrap your hair in at the end. The boxes show your hair colour and the colour you would expect to your hair to change to. The pa
cket says it is suitable for grey hair. I really do not know. I must admit I never did the patch test either, so cannot really comment on these areas. I have tried many hair colours in the past from wash-ins to being low lighted in a saloon and this dye it the easiest to use and it doesn't cost the earth.
