I think at some point everyone goes through a stage of badly damaging their hair, whether its through too much dying or too much heat damage. Unfotuntely my damage is caused by both. A couple of month ago my hair was very very badly damaged. It was very dry and I found when I was washing my hair alot was falling out, much more than acceptable anyway. When it comes to treating my hair badly I am a major sinner. The following acts of torture have been committed by me against my hair: Bleaching, dying, redying, brushing when wet, straighteners, hair driers, swimming and using cheap shampoo.
