I think at some point everyone goes through a stage of badly damaging their hair, whether its through too much dying or too much heat damage. Unfotuntely my damage is caused by both. A couple of month ago my hair was very very badly damaged. It was very dry and I found when I was washing my hair alot was falling out, much more than acceptable anyway. After loads of time spent hunting of the perfect solution I came across this little beauty in boots. When it comes to treating my hair badly I am a major sinner. On a daily basis I subject my hair to some form of torture involving extreme heat; whether that is blow drying or straightening or often both. That is not to mention the fact I dye my hair on a monthly basis. The following acts of torture have been committed by me against my hair: Bleaching, dying, redying, brushing when wet, straighteners, hair driers, swimming and using cheap shampoo. As a result there are times when my hair screams out and lies flat and looks very unhealthy.
