Advantages: Just a fantastic scent!

Disadvantages: Doesn't really do anything to my hair.

This is one of my favourite Lush products ever!!! American Cream double strength conditioner is it's full name. Scented with Strawberries, Vanilla, Honey, Oranges and Lavender, American Cream is a simply exquisite and unique, luxurious conditioner. Delicious.

It is described as a conditioner perfect for sorting out rough, strong and out of condition hair, i.e. badly behaved hair. I have found that even though my hair is pretty much like that, it didn't really do anything to sort it, unfortunately! I didn't find that my hair felt any different like it was supposed to (i.e silky). I am still using American Cream on my hair about once or twice a week, as a conditioner purely because it has such a beautiful scent and makes my hair smell lovely for days. I don't find that it makes any lather on my hair which is strange. I find that a 100ml bottle of American Cream lasts me about 2 or 3 months as I find that £3.65 for the small bottle is quite expensive.

American Cream is pretty addictive. It's beautiful scent cocktails well with other shampoos and shower gels used as shampoo. For example Big shampoo, Snow Fairy shower Gel, Tramp shower gel and Seanik solid shampoo bar.

It is obvious that the bosses of Lush and it's custumers adore American Creams scent as other products smell the same- Twinkle Bath Ballistic, Flosty Gritter Bubble Bar Slice, Shimmy Shimmy Massage Bar and even an American Cream Solid Perfume. One Solid Perfume is on sale at Lush now and some very rare bottles of liquid version bottles that were specially made for forum members.

Summary: A lovely scent for a lovely conditioner.
