Advantages: Your hair will smell yum yum yummy!

Disadvantages: You HAVE to use conditioner to get all the coconut out

I received a free sample of this when I was shopping in Lush. Now this shampoo is meant for those with thick, unruely or curly hair. It is meant to tame and nuture, getting rid of all frizz as the coconut feeds your hair the shea and avocado butter will smoothe it- or at least that is what Lush says!

Now this is not your average shampoo as it is really thick and has loads of dessicated coconut in it. This I found does mean you have to use a fair bit of conditioner on your hair to get it all out as otherwise you will look a bit like you have really bad dandruff! Don't let this put you off though, just use lots of conditioner!

Now the smell of this is divine, it really is VERY coconutty and my hair smelt of coconuts for a good 24 hours afterwards. In fact I think I may have used a little too much I smelt THAT much of coconut!

So how did it made my hair look? Well yes I would say it did a pretty good job of taming and de-frizzing! Although there was still some frizz but then nothing gets rid of the little frizzy hairs on top!

As for the cost of this, well it doesn't run that cheap at approx £8.07 a pot and as this is quite thick it probably does appear to get used up quicker than your average liquid shampoo. I would recommend trying this shampoo though, I will be going back for more.

Summary: A really yummy rich shampoo that leaves hair soft and smelling fantastic!

it has lumps of coconut in it- which do not tend to come out with just water. Conditioner makes your hair shinier and sleek and removes the coconut shreds...

Not sure how conditioner removes shampoo, i thought you were ment to rinse it all out before conditioning the hair.:O)
