Advantages: smells wonderful, works well at taming my hair, A pot lasts for a long time

Disadvantages: it is a hefty price tag (but value for money for me)

I am fast becoming a Lush convert, having previously only tried the bath ballistics and the heavenly range of soaps I decided to step into the realms of hair care. I, in fact used my last dooyoo cheque to treat myself (I think it will have to be; one cheque for the Mickey Mouse fund, one cheque for mummy, etc) and yes, admittedly a huge chunk of this money was spent in Lush.

My first liquid shampoo to try was Curly Wurly, which comes in one of Lush's black screw top pots. I say liquid, but I really do not mean it; it is not liquid enough to pour from a bottle, I just scoop my fingers in a grab a dollop of the thick mixture

Having masses of curls and loving anything coconut-ty this was an obvious choice for me. The strangely pinky-browny coloured mixture contains coconut butter, cocoa butter, avocado butter and jojoba oil smells just delicious, of cocoa and coconuts and does tame my curls well. There is no frizz after using this, just accentuated curls which appear smooth and well defined.

I really like this product and it would definitely something I would treat myself too again when this bottle runs out - which may be some time, it lasts for ages. However is would be a TREAT, something I would buy with a gift voucher (or with dooyoo miles!!). I would have no hesitation in recommending it to any other curly haired bods.

It does have a hefty price tag of £8.37 for a 220g tub which some may not be able to justify.

Summary: I love it
