When it comes to Lush, I have a bit of an addiction. Whenever I go near the shop, its like something pulls me inside and forces me to buy - like a child in a sweet shop! The name of this shampoo is what attracted me most. Who wouldn't like the sound of an Ibiza party?

In Lush, most shampoo's come in three sizes: 100ml, 250ml and 500ml. I have to admit, I was quite shocked that the smallest cost £2.30 and the largest £7.50 - it seems a bit steep to me! Although compared to shampoos on the high street the price is similar.

I was slightly disappointed by the packaging. With a name like 'Ibiza Party', I'd expect it to be really colourful and fun - not the boring white label. It might be a natural product but they could of jazzed it up a little. The only thing slightly 'Ibiza-y' about the product is the description - Shiny, Happy and awake til the early hours! It reminds me of an energy drink but for your hair.

After trying this product for the first time, I was so happy! The only thing I didn't like is that the shampoo is runny, but then if a shampoo is too thick it can irritate me. I did squeeze the product onto my hands the first time, but now I just do it straight onto my head and massage. The product lathers well and smells really fresh.

Once conditioned and dried, my hair felt a lot lighter than usual. I liked that it was easier to handle and looked noticeably in better condition. My hair is always tangled due to the amount of damage, but the shampoo definitely helped! I'm not too sure about the energy effect, working in a bar I'm up till 2am and still knackered by the end of my shift.

I would recommend this product for its light and fresh feel, although nothing about the product really made me think 'wow'. It was quite average and did not have an extraordinary smell or effect - its a first time I haven't raved about Lush!
