Good, but won't stop hair loss (Lush New Shampoo Bar)

It was after a visit to my doctor that I decided to try this shampoo!!!! At the dreaded time of the month my hairbrush gets clogged with hair - there is loads!!!

The doctor said it was probably down to hormones rather than it being alopecia, so why don't I try something more natural before asking for pills and such.

I was a bit sceptical - and worried as it would be a disaster on a global scale if my hair started falling out so I thought I would give it a go.

So off I trotted down to Lush and was pointed in the direction o this little red bar. It smells very spicy with an overtone of cinnamon and is aimed at hormonal hair loss - way hey I thought this should do the trick!

Sadly I have to report this hasn't done the trick while it smells nice and cleans the hair very well I noticed no difference whatsoever in the rate I lost my hair just before my period was due.

I have since tried a few other things to try and stop it but the thing that has proven to work the best is don't wash and brush it a lot for 1 week. I have taken to just putting it up and not really doing much else, it seems to have stopped so much coming out though so while it works this is all I will be doing.

The bar did smell good and left my hair in good condition, but it didn't do what it was supposed to, so if this is why you were thinking of buying it - don't it will not help you. If you just want to try it because you like the smell then I recommend it as it leaves your hair smelling nice and really clean.

Summary: A nice shampoo but doesn't do what it claims too
