Advantages: Lasts ages, smells nice, leaves hair soft and clean, good for travelling.

Disadvantages: Can seem expensive but its worth the money.

Another great product from Lushs no packaging range, the solid shampoos are great if, like me, you travel alot as they are compact, don't leak (dur), can be carried in hand luggage on planes, last AGES and along with all of that keep your hair in good condition.

The problem most people have with the solid shampoos is working out how to use them. (I even have a friend who mistook it for soap and used it for months to get washed with much to my amusement- she said it made her skin soft at least) The key to using them is to lather it up in your hands, then rub in circles 3 or 4 times round your head (obviously more or less depending on hair length) and voila you have even more froth on your head than you would with normal liquid shampoo. Then rub and rinse as usual. I found this shampoo especially useful for washing dreadlocks with and would recommend it to anyone with them.

The smell of this one is quite a bit like the sakura solid perfume as it contains mimosa. Not a manky seaweed smell you'd expect judging on the ingredients.

Seanik contains irish sea moss which softens hair, mineral rich nori seaweed harvested from Japan, fine sea salt which gives volume to hair by counteracting the effects of soft water areas leaving it soft and nourished, detoxifying uplifting and grease busting lemon oil for shine and relaxing mimosa absolute.

Price:
1 bar = £4.40

This product 100% vegan.

A metal tin for this solid shampoo can be bought from the Lush website for £2.69 or for free when you buy two shampoo bars together.

Summary: Lasts as long as three bottles of liquid shampoo, if not longer.
