The Big Tease is Lush's firm hold hair gel. This one smells amazing!! Orangey and minty with a hint of bergamot, the smell really hits you in the face!

This one is a bit thicker and stickier than the other two so it does leave your hands a little yucky, I think I read some where that Amy Winehouse uses it and her hair stands a couple of feet off her head, so it must be strong!!

I though I would use my little sample pot on an evening out with the girls to a cheesy 80's club night. I decided to back comb my hair really high for a sort of punky look.

I put some gel in when my hair was still wet and rubbed it well into the roots, I then dried my hair upside down paying particular attention to the roots, when I lifted my head up I was really impressed because with out any backcombing my hair was standing a good inch off of my head!!

I added a little more gel to my comb and did a bit of backcombing on the crown and at the front - not much though then I smoothed a little into my palms and ran it over the rest of my hair to combat the dreaded frizz!

My style lasted well all night and everyone said my hair smelt nice!

I had a few too many so just came home and fell into bed, when I got up I looked such a state!! My hair was still really big but it was matted and full of knots which took about and hour and 2 intensive conditioners to sort it out!

That said though it did the job it was supposed to do and it smelt great, just don't go to sleep with out brushing it out first!!

Summary: Great product for a strong hold
