Advantages: i love the smell

I'm always after a product that will perform miracles on my hair and this was the latest on my list to try. It comes in a white pot as it is one of the retro range which is only available to order online, through mail order and the phone- so don't go looking for it in the shops as you wont find it! One pot will cost you £7.95 and it is meant for fluffy frizzy hair.

Okay so this product is not like a straightforward conditioner as you put it on BEFORE you shower and then leave it on for 20 minutes. It is a murky brown in colour and not very thick so quite easy to smear onto your hair. I guess it is rather like a mask for the hair in that respect. Once your 20 minutes is up you wash it off and shower and shampoo as normal.

Now the product itself is made up of lemongrass, rosemary, sage and stout. Personally I love the smell of it but the smell of lemongrass is quite strong so if you aren't a fan of that i would stay well away. Even now while i'm typing this around 2 hours after I blow dried my hair I can still smell it on my hair which i love!

But the crucial thing really is does this work as lets face it, it is not a cheap product when for medium length hair it really only does 2 uses. However I will say that as soon as I washed it off I could feel that it had smoothed down my hair. However now my hair is dry I'm not really convinced it has made it look much better. Hair products are so individual though I wouldn't let you put this off trying it as I know lots of people love it!

So would I buy it again- yes I would as the smell is just lovely!

Summary: a hair mask worth trying out.
