My daughter was born with a lot of hair and as she has got older it has a tendency to get really knotty at the back where she moves around so much in her sleep. Unfortunately Johnson's and other baby shampoos just don't have any effect on the knots and I didn't like having to comb them out and possibly hurt her. I had been using the Naked shampoo for a while and when I went to buy a new bottle I saw Boots had a promotion 2 for £4.50 instead of the usual £3.05 per product so I decided to try this.

A bottle contains 200ml of clear spray. On the front is the picture of an orange and some colourful writing to tell you that the spray is 'for kids'. The product is designed to remove tangles from your childs hair with the minimum effort and fuss.

To use the spray you are advised to spray onto your childs damp hair from a distance of about 20cm, before combing gently. The spray is non-aerosol, it sprays really easily and evenly in a fine mist. The smell is described as 'orange lollies' and that is exactly how it smells. It is so zingy and orangey I really love the smell.

After shampooing and towel drying my daughters hair I sprayed this only on the back of her head where all of the knots normally are, after using this I was able to comb through her hair easily and the knots were removed without any yanking or pulling.

I would definately recommend this, it works really well for us and the smell is amazing. The product is also free of any parabens and it is vegetarian and vegan.

Summary: Great for untangling the knots!
