I tried this shampoo after seeing the adverts on TV, saying how it feels like the first time every time, as i thought it sounded good. Now i wish i'd never bothered! It cost me about £4, which i thought was reasonable until i tried it. The bottle is very nice, and very clean and fresh looking. It looks quite expensive, so it's the sort of thing anyone would be proud to have on their dressing table. The writing on the front of the bottle is very clear and easy to read, and the directions are really simple and easy to follow. When i first came to use this shampoo, i opened the bottle, and it smelt ok, quite a fresh scent and not at all overpowering. The bottle is nice and easy to use due to it's flip up squeezy lid, which makes sure you dispense just the right amount. The colour and texture of the shampoo is quite nice. It lathered up really nicely, and was gentle on my scalp. I didn't need to use alot, as the lather spread quite nicely over the whole length of my hair, which was very long at the time. But then when i came to dry my hair, it felt as though there was a residue left on my hair, even after rinsing thoroughly several times. It didn't feel clean, and felt almost 'gungey', as though the shampoo had not washed out properly. When my hair had dried, it felt, and looked really greasy and lank and didn't look volumised at all, in fact quite the opposite, it looked flat, as though it was clinging to my head for dear life. My blonde hair looked dull and lifeless, and hardly blonde at all, as the shampoo seemed to have made it appear darker. My hair then became increasingly dull throughout the day, and even more greasy, until i couldn't stand it anymore and washed my hair again with my normal shampoo. I wouldn't recommend this shampoo to anyone, in fact i'd say save your money and stay clear of it altogether!

You know how great your hair can fell when you use a shampoo for the first time? With Neutrogena Clean Shampoo its like that everytime. Shampoos can leave residues which lead to dull life, lifeless hair. Neutrogena Clen Shampoo doesn't. Gentle enough to use every day, Neurogena Clean Shampoo is specially formulated with pathenol for strength and shine, sunscreen for UV protection and special selected ingredients for UV protection an specially selected ingredients which moisturise with virtually no build-up, rinsing exceptionally clean. Neutrogena Clean Shampoo with its thick lather and fresh scent, will leave you haif with healthy body and shine. Every time you shampoo. Neutrogena Clean Shampoo. works like the first time ... every time. --------------------------------------------- That is what is says on the advert for Neutrogena Clean Shampoo, and its completely true. This shampoo is great. The first time (and every other time) that I've washed my hair with it, it has been left feeling soft, smooth, and full of shine. But most of all, it feels clean. Notice how most shampoos boast about the fact that they make you hair soft/shiny/healthy etc. but none of them mention the word clean? Well, this one does. And your hair really does feel clean. Very clean. I bought a 300ml bottle for £1.99. I highly reccomend this shampoo to EVERYONE, even if you don't have fine/thin hair. You could always try another kind. I hope you will like it as much as I did.

        Disadvantages

I have just started using Neutrogena Clean Volumising Shampoo for Fine, thin hair. This shampoo is one of the nicest I have tried in a while - it leaves my hair very shiny and clean looking and has a lovely fresh fragrance to it. It lathers up really well although I would suggest making sure that you rinse it thoroughly as the lather can take a while to rinse off. I find that a final rinse in cool water makes my hair shine even more. It says that it has UV protection that can't be bad. My only gripe is that while it volumises it also leaves my hair slightly frizzy - but I would not let this prevent you giving it a try as my hair is fairly dry and fizzy anyway. I will try the moisturising version next time I think. It does live up to its name and has remained that feeling of a new shampoo for 1 month now - but then it is still a new shampoo! I'm sure it will live up to its claim though. I have been pleasantly surprised by this shampoos shine and volumising power although if you have dry hair you will probably need a frizz-ease type product to calm it after washing.
