Disadvantages: pretty expensive for tar, smelly stuff

I have seen this product on tv for sometime and thought that i should try it.

A Little back ground info..........................................

I have been scratching my head until its sore for the past 3 months, its killing me as i have sharp nails. I wake up scratching and probably through the night.

I remeber as a child my mum used to wash my hair with Vosene I was not keen on the smell but my hair felt good.

Many years later ...............................................

I have started using it because I don't know whats up with my itchy head.

I went into sainsburys and sought the t/gel but at the cost of £6.24 (125 ml) i thought forget it and bought the vosene. Because we don't have a shower attachment (waiting for the bathroom re-fit) I have to use a blasted bucket to rinse my hair.

Today the 31st of aug, I decided to buy it no matter the cost and went to morrisons as that's the closest, I saw it for £3.30 for a 125ml and snapped it up.

7pm this evening.......................................

Ran into bathroom and applied lotion, i am a dipstick cos i did not read the instructions, you are supposed to apply to wet hair and leave on for a few minutes. doh

I plonked it onto my head then added water, and rinsed off.....dippy i know

So i tried again, no tingling just itching, i will try again and report back

Summary: You want the good stuff well you gotta pay 4 it.
