Advantages: Takes ten mins. My hair is so shiny since I dyed it yest the conditioner is ace!

When Nice 'n Easy introduced their Perfect 10 hair dye range I admit I was a little too excited. Now women could be a little more spontaneous. Women and men could have their hair two colours in twenty minutes.

At first I was a little skeptic, how could it be possible that a hair dye could take ten minutes to colour a full head of hair when most hair dyes take forty five minutes?

So you could say I didn't get my hopes up, I was presuming it would leave my hair 'have done' but I thought I may as well give it a try.
The perfect 10 is £6.99 which is a little quid more than the normal nice n easy range, but paying that little bit extra to get quicker results isn't so bad, especially if you're impatient like me.

The perfect 10 has its own website which you can look at the shades on and see customer reviews, this is very helpful as I've noticed some hair dyes have all terrible reviews, so it's better to learn which ones are good and bad before testing it out on your hair and leaving you with a bad hair do.



The Perfect 10 hair dye comes with a comb applicator and a precision applicator. I must admit I never have and never probably will use the precision applicator, I prefer just comb it through my hair; however it is supposed to be good for dying the roots.

The hair dye comes with two a colour activating liquid and a High Gloss Colour Crème. A lot of people complain that it's difficult to mix the two parts of the dye together, however I had no problem what so ever, all you do is follow the very clear instructions which include pictures. Firstly, you squirt the high gloss colour crème into the colour activating crème bottle and then shake the bottle once you have screwed the lid back on for a minimum of twenty seconds.

The hair dye kit comes with a wonderful hair conditioner, in fact one of the best conditioners I have ever used, despite using some of the leading salon hair brands. When you have applied the hair dye to the whole of your hair you have to leave it for ten minutes then you apply this wonderful conditioner to the whole of your hair, which claims to help maintain the dye in your hair which you use for six weeks. You are supposed to leave the conditioner on for two minutes, although I tend to leave it on for about a minute as I'm incredibly impatient and then I wash my hair with shampoo to make sure there is no dye left on my hair.


I loved the results of the hair dye, and I was completely amazed at how well the dye turned out on my hair despite only been on my hair for ten minutes. I have used two shades of this product 10 which is lightest blonde and 9 ash blonde. I really love number 10 and so many people complement my hair colour. In fact I dyed my hair yesterday, and it looks wonderful and so shiny, thanks to the conditioner. Although my hair is very blonde it looks really glossy so I would love to know what it would be like if it was a darker colour the shine would show up more, my hair would be like a mirror!

I have a feeling I'll be using this hair dye for a long time; it's a great product that takes only several minutes of your life.
