Advantages: conditions, nice smell

Disadvantages: expensive, does not keep colour

I have just recently coloured my hair red, and as everyone knows red is the hardest colour to keep, as it fades very quick, so I purchased this product as it is by a well know person so I thought it would be good.

Well 2 weeks later and my hair is still faded to the usual colour, so obviously this does not work.

It is a 250ml bottle, it is clear so you can see the mahogony coloured shampoo, and it has a little click top where you just press it down and the shampoo comes out. It has a nice smell to it though, and even after you have dried it you can smell it. You only need a small amount as it spreads like silk in your hair and lathers up very nicely.

It combines the floral notes of clarysage, geranium and cyclamen on a vanilla and coconut base with bergamot and ginger and extracts of carrot, henna and silk to condition and enhance your colour.

It does condition my hair but I have not noticed that it has kept the colour and at over £4 a bottle I do expect it to do as it says on the bottle, but then again, in this day and age I should not beleive what the packaging says

I've found the best shampoo to "keep" colour is Clairol Herbal Essences.Bec
